Margarita C. Serrano Recognized by Marquis Who’s Who

Ms. Serrano serves as an expert in security for entertainment events

OZONE PARK, NEW YORK, March 10, 2022 – Margarita C. Serrano has been included in Marquis Who’s Who. Drawing on over a decade of expertise, Ms. Serrano specializes in security for entertainment events. Prior to embarking on her professional journey, she pursued an education at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice, part of the City University of New York system where she completed coursework in criminal justice in 2009.  Ms. Serrano continued her academic efforts at Queensborough Community College, undertaking coursework in business administration.

Ms. Serrano began her career contributing to various organizations in a variety of roles, including a shift manager at McDonald’s Corporation, a key holder at Radio Shack and a bridal attendant at Gustavinos. She garnered expertise as the director of security at Output Club New York City from 2015 to 2017 and as a manager at Elsewhere Brooklyn between 2017 and 2021. She continued her professional efforts as a director of security at Knockdown Center from 2018 to 2021. Since 2016, she has found much success as the founder and chief executive officer of Serrano Solutions, formerly known as Thrill Life Productions. In this capacity, Ms. Serrano specializes in security consulting for entertainment events at New York City clubs and other major venues.

Among her professional accomplishments, Ms. Serrano is incredibly proud of her contribution to the Video Music Awards in New York, and for establishing her privately owned female-operated security company, which is primarily a male-dominated industry. She attributes much of her success to Ria Katz, her “club mom,” who valued, motivated and inspired her to pursue her vocational path. Proudly serving by her motto: “do it for the thrill or do not do it at all,” she is determined to never be complacent in her field of work. Looking toward the future, Ms. Serrano aspires to expand the scope of her business nationally and hopes to contribute more to her local community.
